Slabtown Flats was the first installation of the Combilift from Wöhr Parksysteme from Germany. Harding Autopark Systems facilitate all of the front end design, mobility, and installation. The system is unique for the marketplace and reflective of the high end finishes this project demanded. The project is comprised of two 6-bay wide systems with 17 cars each. 34 total cars can be parked in this project. The Combilift is a semi-automated Puzzle Lift system where the users can all park independently. The ground breaking aspect of this are the sleek sliding safety gates an operations for vehicle parking in and retrieval that are all facilitate through a SmartPhone App. The project is owned by Urban Asset Advisors. Architect was SERA Architects, and the General Contractor was Bremick Construction.
