What I Do
I turn architectural drawings into fully engineered parking solutions — mapping out detailed system integration layouts, and preconstruction coordination. Partnering with architects early on to shape pre-sales design concepts. Think of me as the person who makes sure the parking system actually works before anyone pours concrete.

Experience
7+ years in the automated parking industry.

Favorite Project or Accomplishment
Leading the design and coordination of the first fully automated bicycle parking system in United States. Cars get all the attention in this industry — I’m proud to have gotten bikes their moment too.

Outside of Work
Traveling, Painting, Riding motorcycles – basically anything that gets me moving.

Fun Fact
I’ll leave the house to run a simple errand — milk, dry cleaning, whatever — and somehow end up at a national or state park instead. My GPS now has trust issues because of this.

What I Do
Design parking puzzle systems, create architectural layouts for clients, prototype standard replacement parts for field maintenance.

Experience
1+ years as a Construction Engineer.

Favorite Project or Accomplishment
Receiving my first shipment of prototyped parts at the office.

Outside of Work
Golf, gaming, going to church on Sundays.

Fun Fact
Classically trained singer, part of multiple regional choirs.

What I Do
Lead design, engineering, technology, process, project management, and product support for the complete range of Harding’s products.

Experience
8+ years in the automated parking industry. Prior to joining Harding I spent over a decade in manufacturing and production maintenance in the automotive and defense sectors.

Favorite Project or Accomplishment
The first complete installation of a Combilift project which I saw through from sales and design to commissioning and use.

Outside of Work
I love building and fixing things, anything outdoors, and taking the kids to and from all their activities.

Fun Fact
I spent a summer internship developing a preventative maintenance program for a wastewater treatment plant in the rainforest in northern Costa Rica.

What I Do
Lead construction and field operations for Harding’s West Coast projects, overseeing project execution from pre-construction through commissioning while coordinating owners, contractors, engineers, and installation teams.

Experience
17+ years in automated parking, construction, design, and development. I’ve managed the installation of more than 100 automated parking systems and specialize in solving complex construction, engineering, and field challenges to keep projects moving.

Favorite Project or Accomplishment
Installing the first fully automated Wöhr Bike Safe system in the United States.

Outside of Work
Enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and hiking in the mountains, sailing, and off-roading in Death Valley.

Fun Fact
I love hiking the local trails in the San Gabriel Mountains with my yellow Lab, Enzo.

What I Do
Assist the Harding Steel staff with their day-to-day needs including HR, payroll, AP/AR and any additional tasks that they may need.

Experience
11+ years with Harding Steel and 20 years prior in the HR, payroll, AP/AR field.

Outside of Work
Spending time with my horses and dog, going to car shows with my husband and traveling

Fun Fact
I am really good at hauling and backing up trailers, my husband and I joke that he only married me to drive and backup his car trailer.

What I Do
Lead Harding’s logistics efforts, handle all billings and help facilitate parts to our customers.

Experience
9+ years working at Harding APS.

Favorite Project or Accomplishment
Directing the logistical automated system at SCCA in Seattle, WA.

Outside of Work
Playing sports, favorite sport at the moment is playing pickleball, grilling/smoking meat, helping out at our local Church.

Fun Fact
Can eat very spicy hot foods – Took down a flatliner wings challenge at a local wing pub.

What I Do
Ensure customers get the most value from their systems after installation by supporting performance, resolving challenges, and maintaining strong ongoing partnerships.

Experience
I started as an end user, then worked as an installer and service provider before joining the Harding AutoPark team; giving me a full 360° view of the customer experience. That perspective helps me bridge the gap between operations, service, and long-term success. I’m known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.

Favorite Project or Accomplishment
Building strong customer relationships that turn into long-term partnerships and consistently positive outcomes.

Outside of Work
Gardening, maintaining my koi pond, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Fun Fact
Our household includes adult kids, a few “bonus” additions, and a healthy dose of chaos—and I wouldn’t change a thing.

What I Do
I manage operations and preventative maintenance for multiple commercial properties throughout the Seattle market. My focus is keeping buildings running efficiently while supporting tenants and vendors.

Experience
I have been in the industry for 3 years, starting as an installer before advancing into a service and diagnostic technician role. This experience has given me a strong technical foundation in troubleshooting, facilities operations, and multi-site management.

Favorite Project or Accomplishment
Commissioning the Multiparker 730, where I was able to dedicate extensive time and personal attention to a highly complex machine. That experience reinforced my passion for what I do.

Outside of Work
Enjoy any activity involving water and spending as much time as possible with my friends and family. Staying active and making memories!

Fun Fact
I have a passion for volleyball and play more than twice a week whenever I can. I also compete in multiple volleyball tournaments and competitions throughout the year.
