A high-density pit-mounted solution for underground and below-grade parking and independent access.

Harding Autopark Systems’ Parklift 413 is engineered for underground and semi-underground garages, where maximizing vertical space is essential. The system stacks vehicles three levels deep within a single pit—tripling usable parking capacity within the same footprint as one surface-level space.

Manufactured in Germany by WÖHR, the Parklift 413 is built to the same rigorous engineering, safety, and durability standards found across the Parklift line. Platforms move into a level, horizontal position for easy drive-on and drive-off access, and the system’s corrosion-resistant, zinc-plated components are suited to the humidity and drainage demands of below-grade installations.

Available in both Standard and Compact height configurations, the 413 can be tailored to available headroom, ceiling clearance, and vehicle mix—accommodating everything from compact sedans to full-size SUVs and station wagons. Single units store 3 vehicles; double units store 6, with the option to combine unit widths within the same installation. The system also supports intermediate walls, garage doors, and driving-aisle configurations to fit a wide range of underground layouts.
