Located in the historic Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia, this six-story mixed-use building delivers 85 residential units alongside ground-floor commercial space, occupying a site between North Bodine Street and New Street near the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Accessory parking is provided by Wöhr Parklift 450 systems, an independent subterranean lift that allows each parked vehicle to be retrieved without moving any other car: platforms descend into a below-grade pit, where a vehicle parks at the lower level while a second vehicle is lifted hydraulically to an upper platform directly above it. The system delivers 12 parking spaces.
