Harding Autopark Systems offers the full range of mechanical and automated parking. Mechanical stackers are the workhorse — two or three cars in the footprint of one. They’re ideal for tandem assignments within a single household, valet-operated garages, and high-density applications like dealerships and car storage facilities, where a single operator manages the whole floor. Semi-automated puzzle systems add lateral movement, letting drivers retrieve their own vehicle from a dense grid without moving anyone else’s — a strong fit for multifamily and office buildings, where users are assigned to the system and trained on it. Fully automated structures take the driver out of the garage entirely, delivering the highest yield per square foot of any system we build. Car elevators move vehicles between levels vertically, so a project can eliminate ramps altogether and recover the floor area they would have consumed. For private residences and boutique buildings, we design luxury car lifts and elevators, and when a site fits nothing in the catalog, we engineer a bespoke system around it.
