Harding Autopark Systems provided and installed WÖHR Parklift 411 mechanical parking systems at 900 Rainier, an eight-story, 396-unit mixed-income residential development in Seattle, Washington.
Designed to maximize parking capacity within a constrained urban footprint, the Parklift 411 systems utilize vertical stacking to accommodate multiple vehicles within the space traditionally required for conventional parking. Integrated into the development’s parking garage, these systems help optimize available space while providing residents with convenient, secure parking.
The project demonstrates how mechanical parking solutions can support high-density residential developments by increasing parking efficiency, reducing the space required for vehicle storage, and allowing developers to make more productive use of valuable urban real estate.
