Semi-Automated Combilift Parking at The FrankieWöhr Combilift 552MR puzzle lift, 42 spaces, multifamily community in Portland's Brooklyn neighborhood
The Frankie is a 129-unit apartment and townhome community in Portland’s historic Brooklyn neighborhood, drawing on the area’s mural-lined streets and artful character. The property sits near Brooklyn Park, the Aladdin Theater, and an array of local pubs and eateries, with convenient access to public transit. To deliver dedicated parking on the site, we installed the Wöhr Combilift 552 in a multirow configuration, an independent-access, pit-based parking lift system that stacks two vehicles per bay while allowing either car to be retrieved without moving the other. The installation provides 42 parking spaces.
