Palatine Bankers Hill is a boutique, 16-unit luxury condominium building in San Diego’s Bankers Hill neighborhood, designed by award-winning Safdie Rabines Architects. The five-story, pedestrian-friendly community is within walking distance of Balboa Park, Downtown, and Little Italy, and features residences with floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank wood flooring, and high-end finishes including Miele appliances. To accommodate dedicated parking on a tight urban lot, we installed the Wöhr Combilift 543, an independent-access, pit-based parking lift system that stacks three vehicles per bay while allowing any car to be retrieved without moving the others. The installation provides 34 parking spaces for residents.
