Semi-Automated Combilift Parking at Moraine ApartmentsWöhr Combilift 542MR puzzle lift, 42 spaces, luxury multifamily community in Tacoma, WA
Moraine is an 82-unit luxury apartment community in Downtown Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood, inspired by the rugged beauty of Washington’s landscapes. The community offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with premium finishes, two rooftop lounges, and stunning views of Mt. Rainier and Puget Sound, alongside garage parking and easy access to I-5. To deliver dedicated parking on the site, we installed the Wöhr Combilift 542 in a multirow configuration, an independent-access, pit-based parking lift system that stacks two vehicles per bay while allowing either car to be retrieved without moving the other. The installation provides 42 parking spaces.

For anyone considering a semi or fully automated parking solution, I would strongly recommend Harding Autopark Systems.
They care about us as a customer and meeting all of our installation and service needs. I highly recommended Harding Autopark Systems.
On our projects, Harding has brought a deep understanding of customer needs, design parameters, and constructibility.
I found Harding Autopark Systems very accommodating and instrumental in providing a solution to our parking needs, design, budgeting, and value engineering.
Their proactive approach ensured we were well coordinated between MEP systems and their suspended parking solution so that install was flawless. I look forward to working with Harding Autopark Systems again.
Beyond the track record of being able to deliver unique parking solutions in our market, the real value for GBD Architects was the quick response time we experienced during a very iterative design process.
We chose Harding Autopark Systems initially because of their willingness to educate us on mechanical parking systems and to work with our design team. We are happy with how the process went and the product that we received.
