Located in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood, this three-story mixed-use building delivers 34 modern rental apartments alongside approximately 2,700 square feet of street-level retail space. Parking is provided by a Wöhr Combilift 543 semi-automated system, which stacks three vehicles per grid with fully independent access: one car parks at entrance level, one above, and one below in a pit, and the entrance-level platform shifts sideways into an open bay so that either the upper or lower platform can move vertically into place — no other vehicle needs to be moved to retrieve any car. The system delivers 26 parking spaces.
