Semi-Automated Combilift Parking at 93 State StreetWöhr Combilift 543 puzzle lift, 44 spaces, financial headquarters expansion in Newburyport, MA
This project is an expansion of a financial institution’s headquarters in downtown Newburyport, adding office space along with a structured parking addition to serve the site. To deliver dedicated parking within the building’s footprint, we installed the Wöhr Combilift 543, an independent-access, pit-based parking lift system that stacks three vehicles per bay while allowing any car to be retrieved without moving the others. The installation provides 44 parking spaces
