Fully Automated Multiparker 730 at Seattle Medical CampusWöhr Multiparker 730 system, 161 spaces, below-grade healthcare parking with integrated EV charging
This healthcare facility on a medical campus in Seattle was constructed with a requirement to retain all campus parking on-site and below grade, while supporting a calculated throughput of 150 vehicles per hour in and out of the garage during clinic hours. To meet both the spatial and throughput demands, we configured a custom Wöhr Multiparker 730 fully automated parking system spanning three levels of below-grade parking. The system uses 176 parking pallets, 6 shuttles with turning devices, 5 lifts, and 5 transfer cabins with fast pallet exchange technology to achieve the required 150-car-per-hour throughput. It is also the first fully automated parking system on the West Coast with fully integrated EV charging built into the system. The installation provides 161 parking spaces within a 25,650-square-foot footprint, completed in March 2023.
