Semi-Automated Combilift Parking at The Residences at St. PaulWöhr Combilift 543 puzzle lift, 17 spaces, luxury condominiums in Brookline's Coolidge Corner
The Residences at St. Paul is a new luxury condominium development in Coolidge Corner, Brookline, redeveloping a historic Queen Anne/Tudor Revival property built in 1908 (formerly the Bertram Inn). Residences feature custom high-end finishes, direct elevator access, chef’s kitchens with premium appliances, and private outdoor space. To deliver dedicated parking within the building’s below-grade garage, we installed the Wöhr Combilift 543, an independent-access, pit-based parking lift system that stacks three vehicles per bay while allowing any car to be retrieved without moving the others. The installation provides 17 parking spaces.
