Fully Automated Condo Parking at Carbon12Wöhr Level Parker 590 ramp-free lift, 22 spaces, luxury condo tower in Portland's Eliot neighborhood
Carbon12 is an eight-story, 14-unit luxury condominium tower in Portland’s Eliot neighborhood, notable as one of the tallest cross-laminated timber (CLT) buildings in the United States. The 85-foot structure pairs sustainably sourced mass timber construction with a seismic buckling-restrained brace frame core, floor-to-ceiling glass residences, and ground-floor retail. To deliver underground parking on a compact urban lot, we installed the Wöhr Level Parker 590, a fully automated, ramp-free parking lift system that transports vehicles via vertical lifts and horizontal pallets with no driving lanes required, eliminating the need for the lighting and ventilation a conventional garage would need. The installation provides 22 parking spaces.
